1.2 Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

2.1 Free Shipping Offer
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
2.2 Standard Shipping Fees
For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx and also with Amazon to ensure timely and secure delivery.
3.2 Order Processing & Handling
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3.3 Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout for an additional fee)

5. Delivery Details
5.1 Standard Delivery
Most orders are delivered directly to your address without requiring a signature.
5.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package:
- A delivery attempt notice will be left
- The carrier may attempt delivery up to three times before holding the package for pickup
- If the package is returned due to failed delivery, additional reshipping fees may apply
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
6.1 Modifying an Order
Once an order is placed, changes are not guaranteed. Please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.
6.2 Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return as per our Return and Refund Policy.
